Awareness in the general population
While awareness within the public may not seem as vital as in restaurants, it is still important. Therefore, public awareness was surveyed by using a high school as a case study. This group represented a relevant cross section of the public as it took into consideration multiple age groups, and a large sample size (96). The students and teachers at a high school were surveyed using an online response form.

Of the 96 people who answered the survey, 21 people have allergies.
